I’m Anna. I was born and raised in Phoenix. I come from proud, working people who are problem solvers who hustle everyday to provide for their families.
Since being elected to the Arizona State Senate, I led the fight to successfully repeal the 1864 territorial abortion ban. I have also fought to end police violence, expand housing reform, support our unsheltered residents, and survive climate change.
Now we are taking this work to the Phoenix City Council District 7 because we need progressive representation on council who lead with compassion, love, courage, and tenacity.
This is the time for all of us to unite together and work for the city we deserve. I commit to fight hard for working class people, young people, queer folks, migrants, and communities of color. And I commit to make sure that the community’s voice is heard loud and clear!
