Keep Color Of Change Strong in the Fight Against Corporate Discrimination
Airbnb has listened. Because of our work together, the corporation announced it is taking action to end racism and discrimination towards their Black customers. After hearing the stories of #Airbnbwhileblack and the advocacy of members like you, Airbnb has been pushed to revamp their organization and platform from top to bottom.
We will continue to fight for the structural changes within corporations that turn a blind eye to racism in their business, or fail to incentivize inclusion and diversity in their staff. And that only happens with the support of members like you. Our influence was pivotal in not only sustaining pressure on Airbnb, but in motivating them to produce real, long-lasting, and tangible changes that will improve the experiences of Black consumers and also provide an example of our power to other tech companies.
