Support Grassroots Organizations Serving Alabama Trans Youth!
2022 has been a brutal year for transgender youth and their families in Alabama, with state lawmakers passing two discriminatory bills into law, including SB 184, which prohibits trans-affirming healthcare for youth under the age of 19.
SB 184 is the first law of its kind to take effect, and while it's thankfully on hold for now, grassroots organizations across Alabama have been working harder than ever to ensure young people are loved, supported, and cared for.
Let's come together to support trans youth in Alabama by donating to these grassroots organizations that care for trans and queer young people across the state. Use this form to make a donation and it will automatically be split between grassroots groups, including:
