Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Alaska Democratic Party Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
90% of the receipts will be allocated to Alaska Democratic Party – Federal. 10% of the receipts will be allocated to Alaskans for Mary. A person/multi-candidate committee (PAC) may contribute up to $10,000/$5,000 per calendar year to Alaska Democratic Party – Federal. A person may contribute up to $7,000 ($3,500 designated for the primary election/$3,500 designated for the general election) and a PAC may contribute up to $10,000 ($5,000 designated for the primary election/$5,000 designated for the general election) to Alaskans for Mary.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting holly@campaigncompliance.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
