Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Alex Vindman Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement until the 2026 primary election for U.S. Senate in Florida has occurred shall be as follows: The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Alex Vindman For Florida. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Democratic Executive Committee of Florida. The next $44,300 of each contribution from a person and $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to DSCC and will be designated for DSCC’s general fund. The next $265,800 of each contribution from a person and $90,000 from a PAC will be allocated to DSCC and will be designated for DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting vindman@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
