Alianza Agrícola is a group founded and led by immigrant farmworkers organizing to improve our living and working conditions throughout New York State.
Since 2016, Alianza has united immigrant farmworker communities in Western NY, providing education and leadership development to our members. This year we are focused on supporting worker organizing for better working conditions on the farms.
