I’m running for the Virginia State Senate to build economic opportunity and an affordable future, protect our environment, and strengthen our schools and workforce development.

 

I am motivated by a deep belief in the importance of service to country and community. After 9/11, I joined the CIA as a Middle East analyst, and later worked in the private sector advising on national security issues. Currently, I serve as the Mason District Planning Commissioner on the Fairfax County Planning Commission.

 

I was born in Southwest Virginia to immigrants from Taiwan, and have lived with my wife, Amy, in our home in Falls Church since 2015. I am ready to fight and deliver results for our district and the Commonwealth I love.
