Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
An individual may contribute up to $6,600 and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) may contribute up to $10,000 to Suozzi for Congress. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election, and the final $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election.
Contributions to John Sullivan for New York are designated for extinguishing Primary Election 2026 Debt.
Contributions given through this form will be allocation as follows:
Up to the first $3,500 of contributions from a person other than a multicandidate committee and the first $5,000 of contributions from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Pat Ryan for Congress for the 2026 primary election. Up to the next $3,500 of contributions from a person other than a multicandidate committee and the next $5,000 of contributions from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Pat Ryan for Congress for the 2026 general election.
The first $3,500 of each contribution from an individual, and the first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate PAC, will be allocated to the primary election. Any additional amount, up to $3,500 from an individual and up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC, will be allocated to the general election.
