I'm Allison Eriksen, and I'm a progressive Democrat running for Montgomery County Council District 3 — because we need leaders who are ready for anything.

Until March 2025, I worked at USAID as an international disaster responder and I want to make sure that Montgomery County is prepared for an unknown future.


When the agency I worked for was gutted, this community showed up for me with whatever support they were able to offer. This is my way of returning the favor and supporting my community by representing the needs of working residents and working to ensure that everyone in my community is cared for, just like they cared for me.
