Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Alsobrooks Blunt Rochester Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Alsobrooks Blunt Rochester Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of: Alsobrooks for Senate, Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate, the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, and the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: The first $6,600 will be allocated evenly between Alsobrooks for Senate (general election) and Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (primary election). The next $6,600 will be allocated evenly between Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (general election) and the federal account of the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland. The remaining amount will be allocated evenly between the federal accounts of the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland and the Democratic State Committee (Delaware), up to a maximum of$10,000 per committee. Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA. The first $10,000 will be allocated evenly between Alsobrooks for Senate (general election) and Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (primary election). The next $10,000 will be allocated evenly between Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (general election) and the federal account of the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland. The remaining amount will be allocated evenly between the federal accounts of the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland and the Democratic State Committee (Delaware), up to a maximum of $5,000 per committee.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
