Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Alsobrooks Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of Alsobrooks for Senate, AlsoPAC, and the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland (collectively, the “Participants”).
The Participants hereby agree that all contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. (“FECA”), will be allocated among the Participants from the net fundraising proceeds as permitted by FECA and according to the following allocation method set forth in this Schedule:
a) Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA:
Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $3,300;
Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $10,000; and
AlsoPAC, up to $5,000.
b) Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA:
Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $5,000;
Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $5,000; and
AlsoPAC, up to $5,000.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
