On April 1, 2026, the National Labor Relations Board issued a historic order requiring Amazon to recognize and bargain with the Amazon Labor Union–IBT Local 1 at JFK8. Four years after workers won the first union election at an Amazon warehouse in U.S. history, the law has once again affirmed what we’ve always known: when workers organize, we can win.

Workers at JFK8 have already shown what’s possible. We organized against impossible odds. We went on strike. We forced one of the richest companies in the world to the bargaining table. Now, we need the resources to finish what we started.
