Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Baldwin for Wisconsin will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate.
The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
The final $5,000 of each contribution from a person and the final $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to People’s Voice PAC.
Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@tammybaldwin.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Contributions to Bob Casey for Senate are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
An individual or multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 for the recount period. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.

Contributions are limited to $5,000 per PAC for the general election and $3,300 per individual for the general election. Contributions from the general treasury funds of corporations, labor unions, and national banks are prohibited. Federal contractors and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence in the United States are prohibited from making contributions. All contributions must be from personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person.

Contributions to Jacky Rosen Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Rosen for Nevada for use in the general election. The next $10,000 of contributions from an individual, and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Nevada State Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of contributions will be allocated to Smart Solutions PAC.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting rosen@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
