Progressive Pipeline

Spark a New Generation of Progressive Leaders

Progressives need skilled organizers, activists, and strategists who come from the diverse communities where we’re trying to win. Instead, the political world is overwhelmingly wealthy and white—and there’s a reason why.

In order to get started in politics, you need to work a series of unpaid internships –– a path that’s inaccessible to low-income students. So every year, thousands of potential leaders have to pursue different careers, and progressives miss out on the diverse talent we need to win across the country.

Amplify changes that: We look for students committed to fighting for progressive causes, but who can't afford to spend a summer working for free.

Then, we train them, connect them to a network of mentors, and place them in paid summer organizing positions. Once they graduate, we offer them the coaching, resources, and connections you need to launch a career in progressive politics.
