The COVID-19 pandemic has put a magnifying glass to the struggles millions of Americans have obtaining quality housing they can afford. East Harlem has been one of the hardest hit communities in Manhattan. These brave New Yorkers make up a disproportionate number of Manhattan residents testing positive for the Coronavirus, many of whom are risking their lives in low-wage essential services. Stand with them to demand safe and affordable housing now and the future.
