Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions are not tax deductible. Damsky for Helix Water District 2026 are not limited. Contributions from foreign nationals/principals are prohibited (contributions from green card holders are permitted). State law requires that you provide your street address, occupation, and employer for reporting purposes. Contributions must be from the contributor’s own funds and may not be reimbursed by another unless disclosure of the true source of the contribution is made.
The campaign follows California Government Code Section 84308 and cannot accept more than $500 in total contributions from any party, participant, or agent of a party or participant involved in a proceeding regarding a license, permit, contract, or other entitlement for use that is pending before the Helix Water District that was decided within the past 12 months.
