The City of Angels Leads the Way

Los Angeles knows a little something about community. And we definitely know how to have a good time.

Justice Democrats in the Angel City are spending the 2017 holiday season electing progressives to Congress in 2018. Our goal is to reach 1001 Los Angelenos through community-oriented socials, house parties, and service projects to support our candidates. At the same time, we're building a sustainable grassroots movement at the LOCAL level to show the country how it's done. The model we set here will be scaled up to the rest of the U.S., so we need all of you to show the world that LA really is the City of Angels.

We are not going to take big money from corporations and billionaires, but what we lack in easy money, we make up for in people. To succeed, we need this to be a movement of millions that can go up against and defeat the establishment. We have to all pool our resources together -- money and time -- to bring the fight for America's soul from the streets of LA to the Capitol in D.C.

We are a lean team right now made of volunteers and staff already doing the work to put this campaign together. With just these folks, we have already identified dozens of potential candidates. Imagine what we can do if we get the word out.
