My name is Angelita Morillo and I am running for Portland City Council in 2024 in District 3 (SE Portland).
This Saturday is my 28th birthday! I am one of the youngest candidates to be running for City Council and I am honored to have so much grassroots support from Portlanders who want a progressive, compassionate, and effective city.
I would be honored if you could help me celebrate my 28th birthday by contributing $28 to my campaign to help me make a Portland that works for everyone!

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- The address I have provided is my home address.
Portland's Small Donor Elections rules state that no donor can contribute more than $350 to a single candidate. All donations of this amount will have the remainder of their donation above this amount returned to the donor.
