She's a mother, a wife, a teacher. She's a part of a working class that continues to feel unheard. She want students to be safe and educated, not indoctrinated. She wants to be a partner for parents who want an active role in their child’s education. She wants to be a voice for teachers because they deserve to be valued intellectually and financially. She wants to encourage civic engagement and bring trust and transparency to leadership.
