When my family moved to Holly Springs 6 years ago, we chose it for the excellent schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and friendly people. I have roamed the parks, hiked the trails, browsed the library, and shopped at the farmer’s market. This town has meant a lot to my family; and I feel lucky that we found our way here.
As the town (and my kids) have grown I have felt compelled to give back to the place that has given my family so much. Holly Springs has grown quickly and while there are many things to love about that growth, like the Downtown Village District, it has also brought some challenges, like the traffic. Some of these new challenges are complex and require a thoughtful, balanced approach to resolve. I want to work with other leaders to develop common sense solutions that will support the continued growth of our town but also maintain the balance and sense of community that makes Holly Springs a special place to live.
