  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit for Transitional Age Youth (TAY); the remaining proceeds will be used to advance the mission of the High Desert Progressive Democrats and our 'Be a Voter' campaign.
