I’m Anthony Tilghman, a District Heights Commissioner, former educator, and community advocate running for Maryland House of Delegates in District 25.

For years, I’ve worked to strengthen our community through initiatives focused on education, workforce development, youth opportunities, and health access.

Now I’m stepping forward to bring that same community-centered leadership to Annapolis.

Why I’m Running

District 25 deserves leadership that shows up, listens, and delivers results.

As a District Heights Commissioner, I have worked to:

✔ Establish the first in-house workforce development program in District Heights

✔ Provide 600+ free health screenings across Prince George’s County through the Health & Wellness Tour

✔ Launch a Safe Passage program for students in partnership with Prince George’s County Public Schools

✔ Help re-establish the Boys & Girls Club of District Heights and create safe spaces for our youth

✔ Secure grants and resources that benefit residents and strengthen community services

I’m running because families in our district deserve stronger representation and a voice that reflects the needs of our communities.
