- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Campaign donations are not tax-deductible. In accordance with DE Board of Elections regulations, an individual, PAC, or corporate entity may contribute up to $1,200 per election for statewide candidates. Cash contributions cannot exceed $50. We are required by law to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individual contributors. For entities other than individuals and PACs, the campaign is required to report all persons who own a legal or equitable interest of 50% or greater of the entity. If the entity's contribution exceeds $100, the campaign will be required to report name and address of a responsible party for the entity.
