Accountable Northwest is an accountability news organization serving as an independent watchdog on the issues that matter most to working families in the Pacific Northwest.
We’ve regularly reported that the far-right “Freedom” Foundation/Opt Out Today has spent tens of millions of dollars trying and failing to destroy unions in the Northwest over the past 6 years, but a deeper look at their funders, allies, and staffers reveals connections to an anti-LGBTQ agenda. This type of hate and influence does not have a place here or anywhere. We will continue to research, expose, and uncover groups who are pushing these toxic ideologies.
