The first step to bringing real change to the American people is taking back the U.S House. The road to a democratic majority in the House runs through California. And if we can flip these 5 seats, it'll be practically impossible for the GOP to hold on.
Donations to the California House Majority Fund will be split between:
Will Rollins (CA-41)
Rudy Salas (CA-22)
Adam Gray (CA-13)
George Whitesides (CA-27)
Derek Tran (CA-45)

Any amount in excess of this, up to an additional $10,000 from individuals and up to an additional $5,000 from multicandidate PACs, will be allocated to the California Democratic Party’s federal account. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. Contributions allocated to the Nominee Funds will be held in escrow by California House Majority Fund until after the March 2024 primary election. If one Democratic candidate receives the most or the second most votes in the primary election in Congressional District 13, 27, or 45, as certified by the California Secretary of State no later than April 12, 2024, that candidate shall be considered the Democratic nominee in that district. Funds allocated to each district’s nominee fund shall be provided to the principal campaign committee of the Democratic nominee in that district, provided that the Democratic nominee ratifies the joint fundraising agreement within 10 days of the election being certified. If a Democratic nominee in a district does not ratify this Agreement within the 10-day period, California House Majority Fund will refund any contributions allocated to that district’s Nominee Fund. If no Democratic candidate receives the most or second most votes in the March 2024 primary election in a district, or two Democratic candidates receive the most and second most votes in the March 2024 primary election in a district, the contributions allocated to that district’s Nominee Fund shall be provided to the California Democratic Party’s federal account, up to the applicable contribution limit.
