APADC Membership Signup or Renewal

At this time, we ask that you commit to two-year membership signup or renewal by paying biennial dues of $50.00 for two years.

We welcome a donation in addition to your membership dues if you so desire. To do so - please choose one of the other pre-set amounts or click on "Other Amount" and enter a total of your membership dues ($50) plus the additional donation amount.
