Support Arena’s Next Chapter

We have exciting news to share: This fall, Arena will join Zinc Collective!

For nearly a decade, Arena and Zinc Collective have worked side by side, recruiting, training, and deploying the talent that powers Democratic victories. Now, we’re joining forces officially, bringing together the two leading Democratic talent pipeline organizations under one roof.

We’re not just continuing with business as usual. We are building for the future.

This merger brings together the resources, reach, and brainpower of our respective organizations to ensure that Democratic campaign staff have the skills to meet the moment and win—from the fundamentals of organizing, to advanced digital and data tactics, to AI, authentic social media strategy, and more.

Together, Arena and Zinc Collective will be able to function more strategically, drive more impact, deliver more victories, and, collectively, be more than the sum of our parts.

But we can only do this work with your help. Every training we offer, tool we build, and career service we provide is made possible by generous donations from supporters like you. Contribute today to help us take Arena to new heights.
