Arizona House Races
Three House seats in purple Arizona can be flipped from Red to Blue. This would go a long way to giving Democrats a majority in the House. Please contribute.
Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Amish Shah Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of a person's/non-multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to Amish for Arizona and designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person/non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party.
The first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Amish for Arizona and designated for the general election. The next $5,000 received from each multicandidate political committee's contribution will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party.
The legal maximum in federal funds that an individual may contribute is $13,300. The legal maximum in federal funds that a federal multi-candidate committee may contribute is $10,000.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting treasurer@amishforarizona.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions to Jonathan Nez House Victory Fund before the 2024 primary election for U.S. Congress in Arizona will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Jonathan Nez for Congress and designated for the primary election. The next $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from an person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Jonathan Nez for Congress and designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to $10,000 will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party.
