As incumbent, union member and a proud resident of Pittsburg, I am running for City Council to continue our goals in making Pittsburg a thriving, safe, ideal city for families to live, work and play. Together, we can move our community forward.
My focus:
PUBLIC SAFETY - Supporting our Pittsburg Police Department with the necessary resources they need, utilizing outside support and community engagement.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - New businesses in Pittsburg will help not only with local jobs. but will generate city revenue used to reinvest in our community.
GREEN GROWTH - Having development that ensures our future stability while protecting our environment, implementing use of clean energy and conservation.
YOUTH SERVICES - Investing in our youth for their development with having safe spaces, recreation, job training and development, support and civic engagement.
SENIORS/VETERANS - Affordable housing/support, health/wellness through opportunities designed to assist as well as mobility and transit programs, so that they are safe and secure.
LOCAL LABOR - Skilled trained labor members who live here and locally certified not only in their trade and safety but also the current laws and material usage is key in ensuring a project is done right the first time.
My hope is that you will support me in these goals that I want to continue to implement to build a strong, safe, thriving community for all of Pittsburg. All donations are very much appreciated!
