Richard Ash is an attorney and third generation lifelong Quincy Point resident currently serving his first term as Ward 2 City Councillor in Quincy. Richard represents the past, present, and future of the City of Presidents. He has an unmatched level of knowledge and love for the Ward (and the people in it). Coupled with his legal skillset, and exceptional communication skills, Richard is the best choice to guide the Ward 2 residents through the next phase of our great City.
