Support Atlanta Family Weekend 2025
Atlanta Family Weekend is a multiracial gathering of LGBTQ+ families from the greater Atlanta area, the South, and beyond with an explicit focus on BIPOC families. Atlanta Family Weekend centers the vibrancy of Atlanta while creating safe spaces for youth, parents, and the whole family. We invite families to the kickback to connect and dream about what a collective of multiracial LGBTQ+ families, justice-minded organizations, and local resources can do together. This year, COLAGE, the LGBTQ+ Institute National Center for Civil and Human Rights, SPARK Reproductive Justice Now, Feminist Women’s Health Center, Georgia Safe Schools Coalition, Georgia Equality, Forward Together, and Mothering Justice are partnering to host Atlanta Family Weekend as part of the Queerspawn Unite! track at this year’s IGNYTE Conference from October 9-11, 2025.
As local and national nonprofit leaders in the LGBTQ+ family movement, we rely heavily on individual donations, in-kind and monetary discounts and donations to offset our program and event costs. By doing so, we allow all families to attend regardless of income and resources.
Any money raised above our 2025 goal will be invested into next year's event.
