Join us for an all-levels-welcome gentle flow yoga class followed by light bites, mingling, and Q&A with Eleana.
Beatriz Bofill blends 30 years of practice and 12 years of teaching into a vinyasa flow inspired by Ashtanga’s discipline and Iyengar’s precision. Her classes build strength, length, and balance, leaving students grounded and energized.
