Our field efforts helped get Democrat George Whitesides elected to Congress — now it's time to continue the work and ensure he stays there.

As one of the newest Democratic clubs in the Antelope Valley, we are working to:

• Recruit and train candidates
• Inform and turn out Democratic voters through canvassing, phonebanking, and voter registration events
• Build local Democratic infrastructure through volunteer opportunities and community-building social events
• Organize for Democratic electoral and legislative priorities

The battle isn't just for Congress; it's at the local level, too. Although the Antelope Valley has a 13.2 point Democratic voter registration advantage, almost every elected representative from school board to State Senate is a Republican.
