As a grandson of immigrants, John cares deeply about our country, and recently resigned from CNN to run for Congress in order to help Democrats take back the House of Representatives. John is a candidate with moral clarity, character, and the ability to communicate an aspirational vision for the future. After winning the Democratic primary with over 70% of the vote, John carries with him a broad coalition ready to get to work to flip NY-01 from a first-term MAGA incumbent.
