BAD NEWS BABES SOCIAL CLUB

A space to inspire — and be inspired by — the incredible women who make our communities shine.

Founded in 2015 by Tran Nguyen-Wills — community leader, entrepreneur, and candidate for Denver City Council, District 2 — BNBSC celebrates, connects, and uplifts women across Denver.

BNBSC is rooted in a simple but powerful truth: women deserve honest spaces to talk about the wins, the setbacks, and the really hard parts of building something meaningful. Not every day is unicorns and rainbows — and that’s okay.

This is more than a networking event. BNBSC is about connection, storytelling, and shared power, featuring guided conversations with bold, authentic women — entrepreneurs, creatives, organizers, advocates, and community leaders.

While our featured guests are women and women-identifying individuals, everyone is welcome to attend, listen, and be inspired.

Come ready to ask thoughtful questions, make meaningful connections, and celebrate the bold, brilliant women shaping Denver.

If honored to be elected, Tran Nguyen-Wills would be the first Asian American to serve on Denver City Council. That milestone matters—but it’s only the beginning. My campaign is about shaping policies that reflect lived experiences and ensuring that those historically left out of decision-making don’t just get a seat at the table, but the power to help redesign it.

💜 Your Impact Multiplied

If you live in Denver, your donation of $5–$50 is matched 9-to-1 through the Denver Fair Elections Fund—so a $25 contribution becomes $250 for the campaign. Even if you’re outside Denver or Colorado, your support still makes a difference (up to the $235 individual limit).

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. This contribution is made without any coercion or reimbursement.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
The contributor understands that the purpose of the contribution is to help Tran Nguyen-Wills qualify for Fair Elections Fund payments, that up to fifty dollars ($50.00) will be matched by the Fund by nine hundred (900) percent, and that the contribution is made without coercion or reimbursement.
