I am a mother of two and a midwife. I have lived in Queens for over two decades, 14 of which have been spent in Woodside. I love our community and having conversations with neighbors about issues that matter to us. Having served on Queens Democratic County Committee I have enjoyed talking with my neighbors about issues and concerns. In spite of the limitations of this role I have worked with other County Committee members across Queens to build coalitions of people who want a Democratic Party that works for the people from the ground up. As District Leader I will continue listening to my neighbors and representing our community as an advocate for a Queens Democratic County Party that is transparent, accessible, accountable, and inclusive to all.
