Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Baldwin Cantwell Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All funds raised from non-political action committee persons shall be divided equally between Friends of Maria and Tammy Baldwin for Senate. The first $3,300 of a person's contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $3,300 will be considered designated for the general election. Any contribution from a political action committee will be designated entirely for Tammy Baldwin for Senate. Friends of Maria does not accept PAC contributions.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting marisa@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
