America Votes

Support the America Votes Ballot Chase and Cure Program!

America Votes is the permanent campaign infrastructure on the ground – we are there well before traditional campaigns begin and well beyond Election Day to protect the vote and maximize voter participation across the country.

With a massive increase in mail voting, America Votes also anticipates a commensurate increase in potential ballot rejections - especially among voters of color - from a variety of issues, including signature mismatch and witness requirements.

To address this challenge, we've launched a ballot curing program focused on states like Florida, Georgia and North Carolina where person-level mail data is available and where we can assist voters with the curing process.

The program treatment consists of mailed cure packets to targeted voters, complimented by a chase program consisting of phone call and text message reminders, along with an in-person strike team to engage those voters unreachable by other methods.

We need your support today to strengthen and expand our reach, ensuring America Votes and our partners remain an effective force in ensuring every vote is counted.
