Barak Gila - Bilal Mahmood House Party

We're hosting a campaign party with Bilal Mahmood on June 5th at 5:30pm (address provided upon RSVP)!

The minimum expected donation is $50. This is going to be a tough race and we need your support!

As a child of immigrants who currently rents and resides in the Tenderloin, Bilal has dedicated his life to helping others with experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a trained scientist from Stanford, former policy analyst in the Obama Administration, and founder of both startups and philanthropic organizations in San Francisco.

He has launched innovative programs to support restaurant workers with a guaranteed income, build one of the first computer labs in Chinatown, and convert vacant office space into universities and student housing. Bilal understands we must build bridges across San Francisco’s political lines to get results, and has collaborated with activists, civil servants, and elected officials to shine a light on government corruption and champion legislation to address our housing and climate crises.

For the past four years, District 5 has been represented by Mr. No. Dean Preston has said no to housing, no to public safety, no to small business, and no to progress.

Now is the time for action.

Make no mistake- in this election, every vote matters

4 years ago, Dean Preston got into office by just 185 votes.

We’re gonna need your help to reach every vote.
