Dear Friend,
I am running for reelection to the Vermont State House to continue the work I have been doing. Change is slow and the challenges facing us now are many. While I am proud of the bills that I introduced, sponsored, or worked on that passed into law, there is much more work that needs to be done. Right now, it’s important that Vermont do what we can to protect our democracy, our rights, and our planet. Too many Vermonters are struggling; all Vermonters should have access to housing, food, education, jobs, health care, and safety. At the same time, we must make Vermont more affordable. We must make Vermont an affordable place to live, work, raise a family, and retire. We all want good schools and state government services. But we need to be smart about making our state more efficient and to assure that every tax dollar is spent wisely and effectively.
