It’s time to Do Something.
One year ago – after a lunatic with a military-grade weapon stormed Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and murdered 17 innocent people – we organized millions of us to march around the world, to register to vote, and to turn out, show up, and have our voices heard in the 2018 elections.
And we’re not stopping.
This year – with your help – democracy can truly flourish in Florida thanks to Ban Assault Weapons NOW, a bipartisan, grassroots movement working to go around our do-nothing politicians.
Our goal: amending Florida’s constitution to ban military-grade assault weapons like the one used to murder 17 students and educators in Parkland, Florida.
It’s not going to be easy. We need to collect signatures from 766,200 registered voters in Florida by 2/1/2020 in order to put this on the ballot. Every signature costs us roughly $3 to collect – so we need your help.
Can we count on you to donate now to help constitutionally ban assault weapons NOW and end this senseless gun violence? Every $3 donation gets us one signature closer to our goal.
