  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
Your contributions in support of state entities in Indiana are made to ActBlue Indiana, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue Indiana's governing board.
We are asking for a donation per item to help cover our costs. Please note: Any donations to the local party go to support Get Out the Vote activities, and help candidates running for county and local office. No officer or anyone associated with the party receives any compensation and the party does NOT receive any funds from the state or national party. Your support is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
