A Benefit Concert to End Gun Violence, which will be presented at 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, December 6, at the Bend Theater in West Bend, will be sponsored and underwritten by the Washington County Democratic Party. A contribution of $25 is suggested for each ticket (additional contributions toward this important cause will be warmly appreciated), and all contributions raised through ticket distribution will be donated to non-profit organizations which are actively engaged in the work of ending gun violence. It is our hope to fill the theater, not only to raise money for organizations which are trying to change the legal landscape regarding common sense gun laws, but also to demonstrate that we are united in our desire to see that no more innocent lives will be lost to senseless gun violence.
