Welcome June!
It's been a long three months under the quarantine to protect peoples' lives. But we also know that these measures prevented an untold number of additional deaths.
Going forward, we must reassess our priorities. A strong foundation for public health and safety must undergird every other effort we make as a community.
Now is not the time for timidity in asking hard questions and having hard conversations. It is time for leaders to step up and make the tough decisions that will ultimately protect and serve the most people.
