Just hours ago, Department of Homeland Security agents tackled and arrested Senator Alex Padilla of California – as he demanded answers at a press conference in the federal building he had every right to be in. 

DHS proceeded to make an immediate public statement lying about Padilla’s aggression, claiming he refused to identify himself, when we have video explicitly showing that to be false. Make no mistake: This is the arrival of American fascism, full stop.
