1 Million for Black Reproductive Justice
The "$1 Million for Black Reproductive Justice" campaign stands firm against the relentless attacks on our reproductive rights. Spearheaded by Black Feminist Future (BFF), this campaign mobilizes the first Post-Roe Abortion Access Rapid Response Fund, specifically supporting Black reproductive organizations. Since June of 2022, this appeal has raised nearly $300,000 for Black Reproductive Justice Organizations around the country, united in the fight for reproductive justice since its major setback of rolling back Roe v. Wade in 2022.
As we honor Juneteenth and its legacy of freedom, Pride Month, and the celebration of freedom to be our true selves, we demand autonomy to control our bodies and futures. That is why, from Juneteenth to August 31, 2024, we aim to raise $1 million for this fund. The attacks against our bodies have continued in these past two years, so it is imperative that we continue to fund this work. Liberation is our birthright, and we will fight for it.
