Battleground California is the only independent expenditure coalition aimed at long-term coordination of local, state, and national efforts by organizations and individuals in California congressional districts. Chaired by individuals from California Donor Table and joined by individuals from Courage California, Communities for a New California, Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California VOTES, CHIRLA Action Fund, National Union of Healthcare Workers, Way to Win, the Working Families Party, Movement Voter Project, and Inland Empire United.
Your investment will ensure California contributes the most seats for Democrats to regain control of Congress.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
Paid for by Battleground California (battlegroundca.org) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
Contributions to Battleground California are not tax deductible and will be used to make independent expenditures in connection with federal elections. Our committee may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, business entities, labor unions, nonprofit organizations, and political committees. Donors must use their own funds to make contributions and may not be reimbursed by their employer or any other person or entity. All individual contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
