I’m launching Big & Bright PAC to recruit, train, and fund young candidates across our state and build a Democratic bench that can win in Texas. 

As goes Texas, so goes the nation. The best way to challenge Republican dominance in the state is by investing in local races.

While Republicans are pouring millions of dollars into school board and city council elections, Democrats are still making up for years of systemic underinvestment. This is where we need young leaders fighting for democracy — from election administrators combating conspiracy theories to school board members on the front lines of the culture war.

Big & Bright PAC is demystifying the political process and opening up the possibility of running for office to everyone, regardless of wealth or political connections. Our democracy is at an inflection point, and what we do now will define the next generation. It’s up to us to restore people’s faith in the democratic process — that’s how we take back Texas.
