Donation on Behalf of Bill Shields

Bill Shields was President of the Grand Dems over four different years. He passed away on March 25th. Bill was the embodiment of volunteer service to several Grand committees and the Surprise Community, as well as a good friend to many.


Donations in his memory can be made to the Grand Dems Victory Fund in his honor.
