Look around—this is not a color-blind country. The average Black household makes $41,000, versus $70,000 for whites. Blacks live four years less. They are 2.5 times more likely to be killed by police. Half a century after the Civil Rights Movement began, we are nowhere near racial equality in America. That just isn't right. We have to try harder.
